The reason for his reaction was the resignation of the former deputy mayor for ecology Nadezhda Bobcheva.
„After the fiasco with Sofia's garbage, the deputy mayor for ecology Nadezhda Bobcheva proudly announced that she was stepping down and taking on new challenges. Regarding Nedelkov, the mayor is also categorical:
