Delyan Peevski: Mayor Terziev looked around at the properties of Sofia residents. We are introducing a moratorium to stop the scheme!

We are talking about more than 20 appetizing properties, in expensive and attractive neighborhoods, a total of over 1300 decares, which makes more than one square kilometer of state land in Sofia

The capital's mayor Vasil Terziev and the municipal councilors from the PP-DB-SS have prepared a scheme for the acquisition of state properties in Sofia. We are talking about more than 20 appetizing properties, in expensive and attractive neighborhoods, a total of over 1300 decares, which makes more than one square kilometer of state land in Sofia! And they want to be graced by whom - of course by their party colleagues from the official cabinet, said Delyan Peevski, leader of the MRF and the PG of the MRF-NEW START.

"Mayor Terziev, who set an absolute record for incompetent and harmful management, looked around at the properties of Sofia residents! This is the “PP-Petrohan” model! Since the beginning of his mandate, Sofia has become the dirtiest capital in the EU, there are huge unresolved problems with infrastructure, a shortage of kindergartens and nurseries, overbuilding, dirty air and transport problems.

But the mayor has an insatiable appetite for property schemes!

But since state properties in the capital are a national resource, decisions about them must be made transparently, by regular authorities and with full political responsibility. Therefore, DPS-NOVO NACHALO will submit a proposal to the National Assembly to impose a moratorium on the transfer of state property by the caretaker government.

According to the Constitution, the caretaker cabinet has one main political responsibility and obligation - ensuring conditions for the holding of fair elections, and from its appointment until today - for two weeks the "Yotova-Soros-Petrokhan" cabinet has been acting as a special commando - revengers with a general purge and dismissals in all state structures.

The moratorium will curb the appetites for the plunder of valuable state resources and protect the interests of the people."
