One of the brightest Christian holidays is approaching and housewives are increasingly looking at the traditional menu and the prices of products. NOVA made a report on the prices in the retail chain and in the markets.

A bunch of fresh onions costs 0.84 euro cents, parsley is 0.59, lettuce is 0.79, and radishes are 85. The price of cucumbers from Greece is 2.90 euros. Thus, a salad for a family of 4 costs a little over 5 euros. The most expensive will be lamb, which is not yet delivered because it is not in demand. So far, Bulgarian-produced lamb is rarely found in the retail chain, it is mostly imported. According to forecasts, local production will be at least 4 – 5 euros and up.

Egg dyes - there are over 100 types, they say in stores. Prices are close to 0.60 - 0.70 euro cents. So far, eggs, sugar and flour have not increased in price.

So far, due to the measures under the Euro Introduction Act, neither they nor flour, sugar and eggs have increased in price. And the price of wine in the retail network is different - as always.

So a modest Easter table will cost at least 100 euros.
