GERB, PP-DB and Anti-Corruption Bloc open their election campaigns

Borisov's party will also hold a reporting-election National Assembly

GERB will hold a reporting-election National Assembly at 12:00 at the “Interexpo Center“, the party's press center announced.

The forum will be key for outlining the future development of the political force, the information states. A report on the activity over the past period will be made at it.

The delegates will elect a chairman, deputy chairmen of GERB, as well as the members of the Executive and Control Commissions.

At the beginning of the week, leader Boyko Borisov announced that he would offer a new position in the party, which would be held by the mayors of Burgas and St. Zagora Dimitar Nikolov and Zhivko Todorov.

A special guest at the event will be the Secretary General of the European People's Party Dolors Montserrat. This will also be the official start of the election campaign.

"Continuing the Change-Democratic Bulgaria" will open its election campaign today, the coalition's press center announced.

The event will start at 3:00 p.m. in the park at the National Palace of Culture from the direction of “Vitosha” Blvd. and “Patriarch Evtimiy” Blvd.

"Anti-Corruption Bloc" opens its national campaign today in Stara Zagora, the coalition's press center announced.

The event will begin with a meeting with citizens at 12:00 in front of the Regional Administration - Stara Zagora, after which representatives of the coalition will go for a walk along the central pedestrian street. Within the framework of the initiative, an opportunity will be provided for informal conversations with citizens and sharing positions on current public issues.

Media representatives are invited to attend and ask questions to local representatives and the coalition's leadership.

The initiative is part of the "Anti-Corruption Bloc" approach for direct contact with people, building trust and a real commitment to improving the quality of life. The main priority remains the consistent fight against corruption and restoring trust in institutions, the formation states.
