The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a statement affirming that the UAE is home to a respected and valued Iranian community, which is an integral part of the country's social fabric and contributes to its diversity and openness. The statement stressed that the UAE is home to more than 200 nationalities, reflecting its enduring commitment to the values of coexistence and tolerance, as well as its unwavering dedication to all who live in the country.

In this context, the ministry stressed that in relation to the spread of inaccurate media claims regarding the residency status of members of the Iranian community, the UAE assures all residents that the country's institutional approach is guided by well-established procedures and frameworks that ensure the safety, security and well-being of all members society, without exception.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed the UAE's commitment to creating a secure and stable environment based on the rule of law, ensuring the protection of the rights of all residents, and reflecting the enduring values of tolerance, inclusion and coexistence.
