According to him, this case is another example of a conquered state, and those who can truly counteract are few.

At the same time, the Supreme Judicial Council itself decided to finally act on our request for the release of one of the members of the prosecutor's college, Mr. Stoev, who has always supported the status quo there and is one of those who elected Emilia Rusinova to the post”, said the co-chairman of “Yes, Bulgaria” Bozhidar Bozanov.
“However, the Supreme Judicial Council decided to wait until after the April 19th elections to see which way the wind will blow. This is how this SJC operates,” Bozanov added.
The MP recalled that “Yes, Bulgaria” has submitted a bill to elect the next SJC under new rules, so that the judicial system is led by people with backbone, expertise, integrity and morality. This bill will also be submitted to the new parliament after the elections.
