A pet dog bit two children in Burgas. The incident occurred last night at around 7:00 p.m. today in the area of block 700 in "Meden Rudnik".
The animal bit two boys aged between 8 and 9 years old, playing in front of the apartment building. It was established that the dog was domesticated, having been taken for a walk without a muzzle by a 13-year-old Burgas resident, due to his mother's deteriorating health.
Approaching three boys aged between 8 and 9 years old playing in front of the apartment building, the dog suddenly broke away from the teenager's hands and bit two of the children in succession on the arms and legs. Two men responded to their cries for help. One is a neighbor, and the other is an employee of the internal affairs department, who, at the risk of their own health, managed to control the pit bull and save the children from further injuries.
The injured children were directed to the "Emergency Center" at the University Hospital - Burgas for medical assistance. The third child only had tears in his jacket, but no injuries. The dog was handed over to its owners, and the two men who saved the children were questioned as witnesses.
