A lady, a prosecutor from Sofia, broke the law in the center of the capital in front of eyewitnesses, whom she threatened, the Podlupa.bg website reported, citing a post by Boyan Georgiev, who was involved in the incident.

Here is Georgiev's full story, published on Facebook:

Today, on 06.04.26, around 17:00, when turning from „Alabin“ Str. onto „Tsar Samuil“ Str., which is one-way for those entering from „Alabin“ Str. (signaled by a road sign), right in front of the entrance to the paid parking lot where I have a subscription, I was met by a red “Mercedes“ GLC model. I didn't see the license plate.

Behind the wheel was a woman of approximately 56-57 years old, who, despite driving in the opposite direction and knowing that she was committing a violation, began to signal me to move back to make way for her. It is important to note that even behind the wheel she had something like bruschetta in one hand and was chewing it calmly. Of course, I refused and simply continued on with my car, which made the woman very angry – but it didn't stop her from continuing on with the “Mercedes” and to touch bumper to bumper with me.

She got out of the car and said to me: “I'm in a hurry, back up, because I'm a prosecutor and if you keep standing there, you'll see what happens to you.“

Again, those who know me can easily guess how I replied to her - this angered the lady even more. Her response was: “One more word and I'll ruin your life“, as she started to photograph my license plates. This put the final nail in the coffin of my patience and, before I knew it, I had already said more than “one more word“ and got out of the car, and in turn started taking her picture.

There were already two cars behind me waiting for the woman to stop taking my license plate and make room for us to enter the street, as well as four passersby who witnessed the whole scene. This scared her and made her finally get back behind the wheel and move her car.

I forgot to mention that my mother was with me the whole time and unfortunately she witnessed everything.

My message to the woman:

Whoever you are, trust me – if my mother hadn't been in the car with me, I would have been a lot ruder. I'd be happy to see you again and talk – I am convinced that I can explain to you how the criminal process works and what your functions are as a prosecutor.

Please, whoever recognizes this woman, tell me her name“, concludes Boyan Georgiev's post.
