At the moment, 4,880 patients have expressed their desire to vote in medical institutions in the country in the elections on April 19. The data continues to be updated, and the final lists should be prepared no later than 48 hours before the start of election day.

A total of 237 medical institutions have submitted information about participating in the organization of the election process. Orders for the opening of polling stations have already been issued in 128 of them.

According to the Election Code and the decisions of the Central Election Commission, polling stations are opened in hospitals when there are at least 10 voters who have expressed their desire to vote. Thus, people who are being treated and cannot leave a hospital have the opportunity to exercise their right to vote.

On election day, every patient can vote on site, by being added to the electoral list after presenting an identity document and submitting a declaration that they have not voted and will not vote elsewhere. This also applies to people who have not previously expressed a desire to participate in the vote.

In addition to patients, members of the medical staff who are at work on election day also have the right to vote in the opened polling stations.
