"The project is related to children's drawings dedicated to Antarctica. Through this project, we give children throughout Bulgaria from kindergartens and schools, without age restrictions, the opportunity to participate in a world record and learn more about the polar regions, the planet and Antarctica. We have launched this initiative and we are already seeing how things are happening in practice. As the author of "Bulgaroznaiko" I have contacts with many schools and kindergartens in the country that have expressed a desire to participate. Many municipalities have also expressed a desire to participate, and they will actually collect the drawings made and send them to me. I will digitize them. For the purpose of the project, there are certain requirements for these drawings. They are of a certain size and the children draw their penguin in it, and can also write their message on this drawing, writes BNR.

The initiative would not have been possible without the support of Prof. Hristo Pimpirev, the Bulgarian Antarctic Institute and our Association of Young Polar Explorers. We are also about to publish a large part of the drawings with their messages. The deadline for participation is the end of the school year - June 30. The initiative also includes children with special needs, there is no limit for our participants. The works will not be evaluated, the real assessment comes from the recognition of the record. There is no limit to children's imagination for drawing the penguin and the messages. The 35th Antarctic expedition will be the special moment when we will show the works of the children of Antarctica on a common textile canvas, "he said on the air of the program "Afternoon for the Curious" Victoria Petkova.
