The Kardzhali District Court has launched the case for the serious accident near the village of Zagorsko, in which former politician Lyutvi Mestan is accused.
The accident that killed a 6-month-old baby took place in April 2019. In addition to Mestan, the child's father is also accused.
Yesterday, the experts on the complex forensic and auto-technical expertise were heard.
The case was postponed to July 20 due to the need to collect new evidence.
