Waste - mainly rubber mattresses, burned in the park “Vartopo“ in the capital's Darvenitsa district, the General Directorate for Fire Safety and Population Protection told BTA.
The alarm was received shortly after 2:00 p.m.
A fire brigade team was on site, the fire was extinguished, no people were injured or there was smoke in the area.
