The Mountain Rescue Service in Blagoevgrad has launched a rescue operation in Rila due to an injured boy with a broken ankle, bTV reported.
The signal was submitted by the hutkeeper of the "Ribni Ezera" hut.
At the discretion of the rescuers, air assistance may be sought in order to reach the injured person faster before nightfall.
The teams of the Mountain Rescue Service (MSS) are ready to provide the necessary assistance and transport the boy to a safe place.
