The planned site is a former concrete plant near the Northern Park, and the mayor of the Vrbnitsa district also spoke out against the intention Rumen Kostadinov.
The Regional Environmental Inspectorate told bTV that the approval procedure is in its initial stages. It is yet to be determined whether an environmental impact assessment is also necessary.
