The CEC removes the registration of presidential candidate Alexander Tomov and vice-presidential candidate Sergey Indzhov due to Indzhov's Soviet citizenship.
The two were supposed to appear in the elections with Number 12 on the list.
The decision is subject to appeal to the Supreme Administrative Court through the Central Election Commission within three days of its announcement.
