PP-DB deputy Byunyamin Hassan will have to leave the parliament this week after the announced intention of the resigned Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov to return to the plenary hall as a representative. This was reported by novini.bg.
Hasan has already been an MP twice, but from the DPS, and for many years he was the secretary of the Municipality of Hitrino under the mayor Nuridin Ismail, who also won the elections as a PP-DB candidate.
Finance Minister Asen Vasilev, Justice Minister Atanas Slavov and Regional Minister Andrey Tsekov will also expel their fellow party members before the 49th National Assembly,
if they decide to become MPs again.
Veselin Nedev from Haskovo will give way to Vassilev, Radoslav Vassilev from Radnevo – of Atanas Slavov, and Miroslava Petrova, who entered the parliament in August after Petar Petrov from PP became deputy chairman of DANS, will leave the National Assembly because of Andrey Tsekov.
Nikolai Denkov commented to the BNR and the stay of Georgi Gvozdeikov in the caretaker government as Minister of Transport. Denkov explained the sudden expulsion of Gvozdeikov from the party with the PP statute, as he could not hold a position in the caretaker government without the consent of the governing bodies.

Within a year, their salaries have been raised by over BGN 1,000. The ministers will now receive BGN 9,141 per month. And the salary of the president becomes BGN 14,064. In a year, the presidential salary has increased by BGN 1,300. All these sums are without the additions for internship to the basic salaries.
The basic salary of MPs became BGN 7,032. People's representatives receive three average salaries in the public sector in the last month of each quarter. With the latest NSI data on remuneration in December, the basic salary of MPs increased by BGN 267. Within a year MPs' remuneration was raised by BGN 651.
But people's representatives also take additional amounts for participation in parliamentary committees, as well as amounts with which to pay collaborators. The salary of a deputy who participates in only one committee, according to the latest data from the NSI, increased by BGN 307 and reached BGN 8,086.
And the chairmen of committees and parliamentary groups receive BGN 9,493 per month. If we also add the money that MPs receive for assistants, it turns out that a member of parliament who participates in a committee receives a total of BGN 12,775, and committee chairpersons receive BGN 14,181 each.
