This was stated to bTV by the chairman of the parliamentary group of “There is such a people” (ITN) Toshko Yordanov.

„If they had not touched the constitution in such a stupid and complex way, because I am convinced that Hristo Ivanov was killing complexes, pretending to be a person who understood the constitution,” he pointed out.

Where has Pascal been? Where was he at that time?“.

He pointed out that answers will be sought to the questions of whether the head of customs declared her acquaintances with these people, as is required by law, whether they declared their gifts, whether there was development of Zhivko Kotsev as head of ODMVR-Veliko Tarnovo for contraband.
Another important question is whether access to classified information of Zhivko Kotsev and Petya Bankova will be limited.
„We will also ask what Denkov told him so that he could come out and withdraw his resignation. Because he, as a witness with a lawyer, testified against the head of customs and the two smugglers. After that, it is completely logical for them to think that there is pressure from Prime Minister Denkov and Kiril Petkov, who are tied to this chain, together with Asen Vasilev, there are even photographers. Did they put pressure on him to withdraw his resignation?”, said Yordanov.
He also asked a question to Nikolay Denkov: “What does the line mean – DANS cover drug smuggling channels. If so, why didn't he refer the one he should have? What is his evidence or is he lying and slandering?“.
