If Glavchev wants to have a good and long-lasting government, he should remove both of them and clear the field. What is happening in Bulgaria is unpredictable. I cannot judge who are the good and who are the bad. This was stated by the political analyst Diana Damyanova in the program “ More from the day” on BNT, quoted by novini.bg.
„The bad thing is that we see that there are no independent institutions in Bulgaria, they are used as clubs. Both sides are bad – this cannot happen at the last moment, when the composition of the government is arranged. It is obvious that some offices work as they want, keep some cases on the back burner and when it comes to do what they need, according to the political situation and that's the bad”, comments the political analyst Veselin Stoynev.
„We continue the change (PP) do not have a channel for the transfer of cigarettes or drugs. What is happening is the conviction of the Bulgarian political class that elections are won through pressure from the Ministry of the Interior. Both sides are experiencing this and want their own minister. Glavchev must get a third person who will satisfy all the demands. The truth is that both parties realize thatthese elections are not going in their favor and they need a minister so they won't be robbed or be able to influence the integrity of the vote”, explained Damyanova.
„In the local elections, the two key institutions that were responsible for them – DANS and CEC staged a coup against machine voting. This backfired because some people went to the polls angry about it. Now the same thing can happen. In this situation of total control of institutions and almost hysterical gender division, it is not a bad option for the Ministry of Internal Affairs to be divided – for some the minister, for others the chief secretary. This Ministry of the Interior is so delegitimized and stay now with this minister, who has already been a problem in three governments. He turns out to be more of a political hostage than a political factor," Stoynev said.
„A change was made in the Constitution, which gave the official cabinet entirely in the hands of GERB, PP are fighting with all they can”, pointed out his colleague.
According to Stoynev, the dynamics of the events are so great that it is difficult to make an analysis. “No sociological research is currently adequate. People don't know what to think. People cannot follow what is happening,”, he reported.
„Bulgaria cannot achieve any decisive change, it does not have such forces. There are no forces, such as voters to support it, nor political representatives to play the game well. They usually lose because they are the weaker party, because there is a very highly organized network of power and dependencies against them, or because they are not smart enough”, explained Veselin Stoynev.
„At this stage no one knows if there is any reason for this gate to be playing out. What remains in the entire Bulgarian people is that they are all masks and repels the voters, if we add the new political formations, in the next parliament it will be a big salad. We will not be able to elect a government in the next three years”, predicts Damyanova. She believes that if the elections show that there is a big break in the center left, President Radev will be forced to lead some kind of movement.
„Radev will be the new alternative and threatens not only PP-DB, but also GERB”, warned Stoynev.
„After these elections, we will find ourselves in a new hole. By then, the Constitutional Court will have ruled and rejected a large part of the changes in the Constitution. Then the assembly will reassemble”, Damyanova also said.
