The Sofia Administrative Court ruled to be “the actions of the Metropolitan Municipality have been unconditionally terminated” on changing traffic in the center of Sofia. This is what a message on the court's official page says, quoted by bTV.
„ Administrative Court Sofia – city decrees that the actions carried out by officials from the Capital Municipality, ordered by the Deputy Mayor for Transport Iliyan Pavlov in connection with the introduction of a new permanent organization of traffic in the city of Sofia on “Vitosha” Blvd., be unconditionally terminated. “Patriarch Euthymius” and St. “Prof. Fritjof Nansen” by drawing new road markings, placing road signs, barriers, etc.“, reads the full message.
It also says that the court has accepted that the actions are not based on an administrative act or law and should be stopped immediately.
The order of the court can be appealed to YOU within three days.
