GERB leader Boyko Borisov took part in a pre-election meeting with party supporters in Sandanski, reports novini.bg

Rosen Zhelyazkov, who is also the leader of the list, pointed out that "GERB is a party that has a clear vision and clear leadership in the person of the future Prime Minister Boyko Borisov.
Borisov noted that the hatred that has taken root in recent years already has its real dimensions, because it escalated and gave an example of the attempt against the prime minister of Slovakia. He described the attack as disturbing. „Hatred of no nation has brought anything positive. The disunity in Bulgarian society is already taking on dangerous proportions. And no matter how much we succumb to emotions and feelings, it is normal to find a common language, he pointed out.
"Now "Struma" she would be ready, "Hemus" it would be ready and we would be on gravel by Ruse. Zero! And not just zero. They are trying through - especially there are some morning anchors to use propaganda to attack us. I will not allow that, my dears. Kiril Petkov and his government had an absolute majority these three years. Why didn't they accept the Recovery Plan? Three years - if they had to change laws, why didn't they change them? Dear presenters, why didn't they change the laws if they had to? Why did they introduce laws that are not needed for the Plan and deprived the Bulgarians of recovery after the COVID crisis. GERB are not at fault! And no matter how much they use these anchor points, we will not agree!", he declared.

"I want you to know that the Kozloduy NPP is extremely important as a geostrategic project. with the two new reactors using American technology. The builder is Hyundai, and I think even from these regions workers will go there, because at some point 10-20,000 workers will be needed on this large-scale project. We saved the Mariska power plants. And in this war, in which we support Ukraine, cheap electricity suits the Bulgarian population and Bulgarian business. And I think that by delaying market liberalization by one year, I think that we can delay the rebound in the price of electricity by one year. This is achievable and we can take it as a commitment", explained the leader of GERB.
"People are starting to hold GERB responsible for the outrages that have been committed, are being committed, and it is a good thing that they have not yet made us responsible for the stolen billions from every pocket of the Bulgarians who ride on vehicle - 1 BGN for oil, 1 BGN for gasoline. You got ripped off! You were cheated out of billions," Borisov addressed the voters.
Finally, Borisov emphasized how important support from voters is. "It is important that the difference is clear so that we can have the confidence that what we have promised, defended during these years, will be fulfilled.
