GERB leader Boyko Borisov took part in a pre-election meeting with party supporters in Haskovo, novini.bg reported.
The leaders of the leaves of GERB in Haskovo were invited to the stage.
MEP Eva Meidel pointed out that the games with the budget are very well visible from Brussels, as well as our unspent funds under the Recovery and Sustainability Plan. She emphasized that GERB will seek responsibility for the European funds that are due to us.
Borisov commented on the accident with Kiril Petkov and announced: Disunity in society is already taking dangerous proportions
Delyan Dobrev, who is also the leader of the list, pointed out that he is proud that they were the first to shout: “Hold the thief!“ According to him, we are witnessing a number of management failures and he gave the example of inflation. “On the 9th of June we must call out the Tribulation. They have never won an election here. We don't promise dreams, we don't sell you illusions, we don't live on the wings of crystal pizza clouds,”, he stressed.

„I treat the media with all due respect. But it's just that we're all human, we have our biases, and we shouldn't overdo them. We have been hearing for a day or two that it will almost certainly be Prime Minister Fico's fault that someone went to shoot him. This is not a gangster war, as it is in France, which is in Schengen, in the Eurozone. We say - this is unacceptable! To shoot at a person, whoever he is. And here I am obliged to explain to your colleagues and friends why 11-12 months ago we made the so-called assembly. Because nothing good awaits this country from the hatred that has been instilled in the Bulgarians. Nothing! From a Central European country leading the Balkans, we are currently looking disgusting from everywhere. What is happening now in Slovakia in Bulgaria could have happened three years ago. Actually “The Change” is a throwback, nothing progressive. We had to let them show that they are really amateurs in management”, explained Boyko Borisov.
He recalled that 15 billion stood for three years: "If this was in our time - our mother would be lamenting on the morning blocks. Now - nothing. At the same time - 500 million loans each week. The money stands without interest, our money, designated by Europe for the covid crisis. The other countries spent them, forgot about them, moved on. But that's off topic. A person from GERD goes to the morning block, they tell him - well, the colleagues said that there is no plan because of you. But read a little. Three years ago we introduced the Recovery Plan. There was a complete majority in the government of Kiril Petkov and Asen Vassilev. Why didn't they accept everything?! We needed this time so that the Bulgarians could be convinced", Borisov said.
"It's good that in Haskovo you have a mayor who doesn't hide, because ours does. There is only one entry. In two or three weeks he destroyed a city. There is nowhere to park", he also noted.
