I have never used a car belonging to the NSO or one of the parliament, although group chairmen have this right. That's how I understand things. I have had a case where an extremist sent me threatening text messages. Then the interdepartmental commission offered me security, but I refused. This was stated in the studio of “Offensive with Ljubo Ognyanov” after the chairman of BSP Cornelia Ninova.
„I also had a second case, in which, a little inexplicably, two accidents happened to me one after the other. Then again I refused protection from the NSO. The third time is when I was deputy prime minister. I remember that even the head of the NSO came to my office, but I still refused. I'm not pretending to be a hero, but that's how I see things. I think that this is an unnecessary amount of money”, the leader of the left stressed.
Ninova explained why the BSP is against the texts in the Istanbul Convention, which do not concern violence. “We do not support texts about a social gender other than the biological one,”, stressed the political leader.
