Parliament released the deputy chairman of the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC), who heads the “Investment Activity Supervision” department, Maria Filipova, because of a complaint submitted by her resignation. The decision was adopted with 109 votes "for" and 36 "abstained", BTA reports.

The item was additionally included in the agenda of the extraordinary session of the parliament.

After the resignation vote, the extraordinary plenary session was closed.
