The Council of Ministers appointed Maria Filipova as the chairman of the Consumer Protection Commission (CCP).
Yesterday, the National Assembly accepted her resignation from the post of deputy chairman of the Financial Supervision Commission, which was submitted the day before.
She headed the “Investment Activity Supervision" in the FSC.
Maria Filipova replaces the previous chairman of the KZP Stoil Alipiev.
Maria Filipova was head of the "Investment Activity Supervision" department. in the FSC since 2018
She was appointed by Finance Minister Vladislav Goranov.
Filipova was also the chairman of the State Commission on Gambling.
