The investigation continues after the collision between a locomotive and a passenger train at Sofia Central Station, NOVA reported.
12 people were injured in the impact, and some of them were examined on the spot. Experts are yet to determine the speed at which the two machines collided.
The train accident happened because of a problem with the health of the driver of the shunting locomotive. He is believed to have become ill and failed to stop in time at a safe distance from the passenger train.
