According to the procedure, the folder is given to a candidate for prime minister on the proposal of the parliamentary group, whose chairman is Peevski. Yesterday there was a new proposal for the third term - a technical government. It belongs to the DSB, but it will still be discussed in the PP-DB whether to call on the president to give them the third mandate if the second one fails.
