Assoc. Nataliya Kiselova: We have witnessed two divorces in Bulgarian politics

It is expected that the president will not delay the procedure any longer

The possibility of a third-term government should not be ruled out, even if the chance is one percent. This was stated by Assoc. Nataliya Kiselova in the program “The Live Day” on NOVA NEWS.

„It is expected that the president will not delay the procedure any longer. The PP-DB must be with a candidate for prime minister on Monday in order to comply with the procedure. And, for his part, he should refuse to make efforts to form a cabinet," explained Kiselova.

Regarding the incident with the shake-ups in the DPS, which made the parliamentary group of the Movement the fourth largest in the National Assembly and deprived it of the possibility of the second term, she explained the following: “The Constitution deals with the concept of parliamentary group only in connection with the formation of the government. All other matters are left to parliamentary rules. At the moment of the time in which the mandate must be handed over, the size of the group is also determined.

According to her, we are currently witnessing two divorces – between the current chairman of the BSP and her deputies, who dethroned her, and the one in the DPS, who, according to her, is louder.

Kiselova concluded that all interventions of the judicial system in internal party cases create bad precedents.
