A group of failed politicians have submitted to the National Assembly's registry a bill to amend the Law on the Judiciary, with which, under the pretext of expired mandates of higher bodies of the judiciary, they are trying to achieve one, only goal - they want to block the election at any cost of a new chief prosecutor and to guarantee the indefinite stay of his post on i.f. chief prosecutor Borislav Sarafov. This is stated by the chairman of the DPS Delyan Peevski.
"In this way, they fulfill the will of their political godfather - Mr. Cash - President Radev. Kiril Petkov, Nadezhda Yordanova, Nikolay Denkov, Asen Vasilev, Bozhidar Bojanov, Lena Borislavova and their fellow party members are ready to violate the Constitution of Bulgaria (once again) and ignore the decisions of the Constitutional Court, only for Sarafov, who is convenient for them, to keep the post you are. The goal is an eternal chief prosecutor of Bulgaria - Sarafov", he adds.
"Because they know that with him all signals, checks, scandals and gates are suppressed and sink without consequences. Here, this is the proof of what I'm talking about - the scandals with poodles, tutus, the schemes of Mr. Kesh Radev, the schemes with "Lukoil" and ala-bala with the president and all the corrupt practices harmful to people, which I will expose to the end, in spite of them! Because people have the right and need for a New Beginning," said Peevski.
