The Speaker of the 50th National Assembly Raya Nazaryan categorically refused to take the post of acting prime minister.
Nazaryan had a phone conversation with President Rumen Radev.
The constitutional procedure is underway, in which the head of state holds meetings with the persons who can occupy the post of acting prime minister.
Talks are behind closed doors.
