The conditions for tourism in the mountains are bad today, the Mountain Rescue Service (MSS) of the Bulgarian Red Cross informed BTA.
It is windy in the higher parts, there is thick fog and it is raining in many places.
There were no registered incidents during the last 24 hours, the PSS added.
Above the mountains, the cloudiness will be significant, cumulus and cumulus-rainy, the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology reported. There will be brief showers and thunderstorms, more significant in the afternoon hours. A moderate to strong wind will blow from the north-northeast. The maximum temperature at a height of 1200 meters will be 19°, at 2000 meters - about 12°.
