Until 5:00 p.m. on September 7, the "DPS - New Beginning" coalitions of Delyan Peevski and "Democracy, rights and freedoms - DPS" of Jevdet Chakarov and Ahmed Dogan must prove that DPS is not part of their composition. The reason is that the movement is declared as part of both coalitions, which is contrary to Art. 127 par. 2 of the Electoral Code.
In addition, the CEC will request a certificate for the bank accounts of the two coalitions.
Such instructions will be sent to them by the Central Election Commission, reported 24 Hours. This was decided just at a CEC meeting with 11 votes "for" and three against by Krasimir Tsipov, Gergana Gancheva and Georgi Bakhanov. Silvia Stoycheva was outside the hall.
