"In response to the CEC's refusal to register our coalition, with 5240 signatures we submitted documents for the independent participation of the DPS with leader Dr. Ahmed Dogan and Chairman Associate Professor Dr. Jevdet Chakarov at the upcoming parliamentary elections."
This was announced by the DPS wing of Ahmed Dogan, despite the CEC's decision.
Earlier today, the Commission did not allow the registration for participation in the elections on October 27 of both DPS formations - "Movement for Rights and Freedoms– A New Beginning" of Delyan Peevski and "Democracy, rights and freedoms – DPS“ of Ahmed Dogan.
