The co-chairman of PP-DB Nikolay Denkov sent a letter to the leader of "Vazrazhdane" ; Kostadin Kostadinov, in which they state that they will not participate in talks on forming a government.
The reasons given are: the insurmountable differences regarding Bulgaria's membership in the EU and NATO.
"This hinders the possibility of a constructive and fruitful conversation that could lead to common management," adds Nikolay Denkov.
