The government has complied with all the requirements when nominating constitutional judge Desislava Atanasova as the Bulgarian representative in the Venice Commission, Rosen Zhelyazkov was categorical:
"Of course, Ms. Atanasova's experience, her long-term experience, was fundamental. This is a decision of the government, not of the coalition".
