An emergency team determined the death of the 30-year-old motorcyclist.

A serious accident involving a child shook Karlovo this evening. A boy is in critical condition after falling from an electric scooter on "Vodopad" Street, near the popular tourist area with the waterfall. This is reported by Nova TV.
According to initial information, the child was riding the scooter without a helmet when he lost control, slipped at high speed and fell heavily on the asphalt, hitting his head. An eyewitness to the incident said that the child received the scooter from another person who gave him a ride.
An ambulance and three patrol cars arrived at the scene. The injured child was immediately transported to a hospital in Plovdiv, where doctors are fighting for his life. His condition remains critical.
The police have launched an investigation into the case, establishing who provided the electric scooter to the child, as well as whether there was a violation of safety regulations.
By law, electric scooters are subject to specific traffic rules, including a ban on driving by persons under a certain age and the mandatory use of a helmet.
The case once again raises important questions about child safety and control over the use of electric vehicles in urban environments.
