The Sofia Directorate of Internal Affairs announced that it will take the necessary measures to guarantee order and road safety in the territory of Sofia on the occasion of planned events dedicated to May 24, NOVA reported.
From around 10:00 a.m., the traffic of motor vehicles on "Tsar Osvoboditel" Blvd. between "Knyaz Al. Dondukov" Blvd. and "Vasil Levski" Blvd. and on "Vasil Levski" Blvd. in the section from "Tsar Osvoboditel" Blvd. to "Yanko Sakazov" Blvd. will be stopped, and after the cancellation of the need will be gradually restored.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs calls on citizens to comply with the temporary restrictions introduced and the instructions of police officers.
Until May 26, the organization of traffic at the “Topli Dol“ and “Praveshki Hanove“ tunnels on the “Hemus“ highway, as well as on the Sofia - Kulata road, will be changed. The goal is to facilitate travel for the three weekends.
