She emphasized that the emphasis is not on politicians, but on the individuals who have given the image of democracy in Bulgaria. About 60 people have been invited, including Ivan Kostov, Ekaterina Mihaylova, Vesselin Metodiev, and the goal of the forum is to be ”a first step towards creating a center for reason that will be useful”, Ilieva explained. If proceedings are opened, a receiver is appointed, and the debtor retains a subsistence minimum of income, heating funds and items for use. According to Lyudmila Ilieva, the 10-year absolute statute of limitations and the Private Bankruptcy Law should not exist in parallel.
