A man with a disability declared a hunger strike in Varna, was fined for parking in a "blue zone"

Due to a conflict with the municipal enterprise "Municipal Parking and Blue Zone"-Varna, the unemployed Stefan Shterev pitched a tent in front of the Municipality building and declared a hunger strike.

He was fined because he parked his car in a "blue zone", despite the fact that he presented documents for a person with a disability and had a disability certificate, Shterev himself claims.

So far, no one from the municipal administration had come to him.
