A second hole in the local lane of "Tsarigradsko Shose" has worried people living in the area, Nova TV reported.
This hole is located only about 20-30 meters from the large gap in the asphalt, which opened in April. It is currently fenced off with a metal structure. A subway tunnel is being built in the area. The repairs should be completed by the end of July.
"I am worried that the block will start to collapse. As far as I know, there is a device that measures whether it is tilting, but I don't know what the data from it is", shares Daniel, who lives in the area.
According to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of „Metropolitan” Nikolay Naydenov has no reason to worry. “What you are seeing right now is a technological process, there is no second hole, but there are construction activities related to the sub-sewer connections. There is no danger to the residents and the surrounding buildings, we used to do control on a weekly basis, now it is on a daily basis. At the moment we have no deviations in the buildings&rdquo, assured Naydenov.
