The search for the dangerous predator near Shumen continues for the third day, BNT reported.
Camera traps, thermal cameras, drones and dozens of specialists in the field are trying to capture the mysterious black panther, which has been heating up passions in the region of the "Shumen Plateau" Nature Park since Friday. Several different traps and baits have been placed in the park, in the hope that the big cat will be caught.
From 8 p.m. last night until this morning, a complete ban on access to the territory of the "Shumen Plateau" Nature Park was introduced.
As of 8:00 a.m. this morning, the organization of traffic in the area is ensured, and the use of tourist routes on the territory of the nature park will not be allowed. Police are reminding citizens not to enter the forest, and cyclists will not be allowed in the wooded area.
