An 18-year-old driver hit and killed a 12-year-old child in the Velingrad village of Krastava, police reported.
The incident occurred on the evening of June 22 on a street in the village.
Unfortunately, the child died soon after the impact. The young driver was tested for drugs and alcohol, and his samples were negative.
He has been detained and the case is under investigation under the supervision of the prosecutor's office.
