The former MP from "We Continue the Change" - Iskren Mitev assessed Kiril Petkov's resignation as a display of morality that Boyko Borisov and Delyan Peevski have not demonstrated over the years.
"Would Boyko Borisov or Delyan Peevski be in the political space if they had resigned at the slightest suspicion of corruption", he asked in "From the Day" on BNT, quoted by novini.bg.
According to him, there is a wrong selection in the ranks of "Promyanata". But this is not irreparable, and the party will find the right combination of leaders. "It is normal during a storm for part of the structure to leave", he pointed out.
According to the former PP MP, Boyko Borisov may see himself as the figure to be nominated for president under the guise of a common candidate of the Euro-Atlantic community.
And he added: "He has used other people to leave instead of him. This has a price".
