The footage shows the wanted man visiting various locations in Pernik with the aim of extorting money.
The search for him has been ongoing for 17 days. He disappeared after a report was filed with the police for an assault he inflicted on a 31-year-old man. In a video message, Mihaylov denied having committed it and said that he would soon surrender himself. This is what his father, prosecutor Biser Mihaylov, called for in front of NOVA.
We recall that the prosecutor's son has one effective and several suspended sentences for beatings, threats to kill and hooliganism.
„He went into hiding after the incident in the forest with suspicions of kidnapping and many other charges. For about 2-3 months I remained calm and then the suspicions are that he did what they are looking for him. The last case, which I told you about in your studio and for which we have already filed a report with supported evidence, concerns one such visit by Mr. Mihaylov to a car service in Pernik. He was accompanied by his uncle Vasil Mihaylov Sr. Although he claimed that he had not seen his nephew since December 31. The footage filmed in the service station is from May 9. Usually you go to a service station to have your car fixed, but in this case the evidence indicates otherwise. Mihaylov enters and calls the owner to him. When asked "How can I help you?", he said "I am Vasil Mihaylov - the prosecutor's son, don't you know me? You owe 5,000 leva." In fact, the man doesn't owe anyone money," the lawyer said on "Hello, Bulgaria."

According to her, Mihaylov has not left the country.

"His behavior is not manly, since he is convinced of his rightness. If he thinks he can hide forever, he is not. The law also allows for the in absentia indictment of a person as an accused," Kostova added.
