Former intelligence officer: Bulgarian companies support the Russian military industry! This is "Terem Letets"

Lachezar Tasev warned about the scheme two years ago

A former officer of scientific and technical intelligence warned two years ago about connections between Bulgarian companies and the Russian military industry, which have now been revealed in an international scandal.

Lachezar Tasev made his comment on the show "Honestly" with Lyuba Kulezich on Eurocom, after leaked documents from the Russian aviation holding "Russian Helicopters" became known.

"I warned that this would happen two years ago", said Tasev, who until recently worked at the company "Terem Holding".

The international intelligence community InformNapalm and the MILITANT INTELLIGENCE group published leaked documents from the Russian aviation holding "Russian Helicopters" - a giant in Russia's defense industry. According to the investigation, Sofia is the only European capital involved in the supply, repair and logistics chains for Russian helicopters.

Investigators indicate that Bulgarian companies are part of a criminal scheme that includes key logistics hubs such as Egypt and Azerbaijan, as well as companies from India, Algeria and Indonesia.

"Complete data on each contractor, bank receipts, contracts and correspondence with the Russian Ministry of Defense have been obtained. "Everything is documented," InformNapalm reports.

Tasev revealed to Eurocom that he was fired from the company "Terem Holding" after leaking sensitive information about the company's activities.

"They officially fired me because I am of retirement age," he said, explaining that after the publications about the Russian military industry he received a phone call from InformNapalm.

"I met with them and was left with very pleasant impressions — they said that they had downloaded a very large database that was related to our military repair plants, which are connected to Russia," the former officer added.

According to Tasev, "Terem Letets" does maintain ties with the Russian company. He emphasized that the enterprise repairs aircraft equipment, mainly helicopters, with a large part of the equipment being military helicopters.

Tasev revealed alarming details about the organization of work at "Terem Letets".

"In this enterprise, two pro-Russian companies sit at the entrance and two at the exit — this has been the case for more than 15-20 years", the former intelligence officer emphasized.

He explained that when military actions are carried out and Bulgaria is declared an enemy of Russia, it should be checked which people place orders for "Terem Letets".

Experts warn that the leak will lead to the termination of contracts, new sanctions and diplomatic scandals. Some of the information has already been used to support Ukraine.

The investigation shows that despite international sanctions against Russia, Bulgaria continues to be a key player in maintaining Russian military equipment, which raises serious questions about compliance with European restrictions.
