A motorcyclist died this evening in an accident near the town of Byala, Ruse region. This was reported by the Emergency Service in Ruse, BTA reported.
Police and Emergency Service teams were immediately sent to the scene.
The motorcyclist died on the spot in the accident.
Traffic on the I-5 road in the Byala - Ruse section, at the Byala roundabout, is temporarily restricted due to a traffic accident. Traffic is being redirected through the municipal road network of Byala and is being regulated by traffic police, the "Road Infrastructure" Agency reports.
A rock fest is being organized by the Kolyu Ficheto bridge near Byala tonight, for which about 1,200 motorcyclists are expected.
