The "Debora" case continues in the Plovdiv District Court. A medical examination of the health condition of the defendant Georgi Georgiev will be presented to the magistrates. After that, the court will decide whether Georgiev can remain in custody, reports BNT.
At the previous hearing, it became clear that the defendant is in poor health. He came to his feet in the courtroom, but according to the lawyers, he is in critical condition and has a cyst that needs to be operated on.
This was the reason why Georgiev's defense requested the appointment of a medical examination. Three charges have been brought against Georgi Georgiev, one of which is for the disfigurement of Debora Mihaylova with a mock knife, as a result of which the girl received over 400 stitches.
