The Committee for Control of Services hears SANS and DATO on the requests of the CPKONPI

The heads of SANS and DATO will also have to provide data on the number of prepared material evidence, collected through the SRC at the request of the Anti-Corruption Commission, used for the needs of the criminal process

The Parliamentary Committee for Control of Services will hear today the heads of SANS and the State Agency “Technical Operations“ (DATO).

The deputies will request information on how many times the Commission for Combating Corruption (CCAC) has made requests for the use of special intelligence means (SRS) since its establishment.

The heads of SANS and DATO will also have to provide data on the number of prepared material evidence collected through SRS at the request of the anti-corruption commission, used for the needs of the criminal process.

After the hearing, the submitted written reports will be deposited in the secret registry of the National Assembly.
