A breakdown in Shumen's brand new water supply system has left the entire city without water since Wednesday, July 23. The facility was put into operation in the spring, after 68 million leva were spent on its construction, bTV reported.
A few months later, the water supply had to be stopped in order to repair a breakdown that occurred at the weld between two pipes.
The facility is under warranty and the work will be carried out at the expense of the contractor.
They promise that it will take 24 hours to repair it. So, in the heat season, Shumen will be without water from tomorrow at nine o'clock.
