Severe thunderstorms hit parts of Bulgaria, and terrible and large hail fell in the town of Kula, dariknews.bg reported.
Currently, severe thunderstorms are developing in Northwestern Bulgaria, for which an orange code for thunderstorm activity has been declared.
The storm is most intense around the Montana region, where hail is also observed.
One of the cloud cells shows reflectivity up to 65 dBZ, which confirms the serious potential for heavy rainfall and intense thunderstorm activity.
