Pit bull bites three people and their dog in a village near Nessebar

The owner of the dog, the attacker, has been identified as a Ukrainian citizen living in the village of Kosharitsa. He has been detained for up to 24 hours

Pit bull bites three people and their dog in the village of Kosharitsa near Nessebar.

The incident occurred last night at around 9:30 p.m. in the Cholakova Cheshma area near the village, BNT reports.

Three Sofia residents - two men aged 35 and 69 and a 71-year-old woman - were walking their dog on a leash when a freely roaming pit bull bit the animal.

In an effort to free it from its bite, they were also bitten, receiving various injuries to their limbs and face. Their dog was also injured.

The medical team that arrived on the scene examined the victims and bandaged their wounds, then referred them to the University Hospital - Burgas for additional examination.
